NAMTHING LAKE

Namthing Pokhari is located at Shelpu Hills of Darjeeling Dist. This pokhari is situated at an altitude of 4500 ft above sea level, the beautiful lake is the natural habitat for a number of rare species.

AHAL DARA VIEW POINT

Ahaldara is a small hilltop located with 5 km from Latpanchar. Ahaldara is mainly known for its breathtaking views of the early morning sunrise.

STEEL BRIDGE JOGIGHAT

Steel Bridge at Jogighat is the bridge which connect two villages Mungpoo and Sittong. It is one of the Tourist Point in Sittong area where many tourist visits to see the beautiful Steel Bridge and the green surrounding nearby it.

ORANGE GARDEN

Shelpu is a mesmerizing mirror of natural beauty in the wilderness. It is a desolate and deserted area of Darjeeling. Therefore, the place is not plagued by pollution and ravaged by human activities. It is famous for Orange gardens and Cinchona plantations.

LATPANCHAR

Latpanchar is close to the core area of Mahananda Wild Life Sanctuary. Among the animals found here are the rare mountain goat (serow), tigers, leopards, gaurs, wild boars, different kinds of deer and monkeys, jungle cats, porcupines, civets, monitor lizards and snakes. Latpanchar is also famous for the medicinal plants it produces.
